We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Maintenance Team Leader to oversee and guide a crew of service and repair technicians in a designated shop. This leadership role involves performing and supervising complex maintenance and repair work, including conducting state vehicle inspections. The Team Lead coordinates daily operations, manages workflow, and ensures timely and effective service on a wide range of vehicles and equipment. Working under general supervision, this position exercises independent judgment in task execution and supports management in planning and optimizing maintenance processes.
