Position Overview
The City of Henderson announces an examination to create a consideration for hire list and to fill two (2) vacancies for the classification of Public Works Student Intern (Part-Time) in the Department of Public Works. This recruitment is specifically for Infrastructure, Design and Construction and Land Development. The consideration for hire list may be utilized to fill vacancies for this classification for up to one (1) year.
Under direct supervision, performs work of routine difficulty designed to provide hands on learning experience related to the Engineering, GIS, or Facilities Design and Construction Divisions of the Citys Public Works Department; and performs related duties as assigned.
