Introduction
As an attendant in this role, you will serve as the real-time, in-person human point of contact for Employee Riders at designated areas. You will be responsible for providing badge authentication, hailing vehicles, performing light crowd control, and assisting riders in the event of a service disruption or emergency. This role requires exceptional empathy, patience, and a relationship-oriented mindset.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or another customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing a positive experience
- Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately
- Proactive mindset and resourcefulness
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods outside
- Ability to lift and carry moderate loads
- Schedules may change based on business needs
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
