Job Opportunity Details
- Join a tight-knit team of 14 Physicians and 12 APPs
- 14-16 shifts per month
- Shifts are a combination of 8-12 hours
- 24/7 APP Support
- Primary location: MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center - 67 ICU/CCU Beds
- Secondary location: MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center - 7 ICU Beds

Competitive Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Base Salary with Built-in Growth:
- Year 1: $420,000 | Year 2: $432,000 | Years 3+ $568,379
- Recruitment incentive: $150,000
- Moving allowance up to $15,000
- Annual CME allowance: $6,000
