What You Will Do
Deliver comprehensive care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic pulmonary conditions.
Specialize in pulmonary medicine, interpreting chest X-rays, CT scans, and pulmonary function tests (PFTs).
Educate and coach patients on preventive care and chronic disease management strategies.
Monitor vital signs, administer treatments, and evaluate patient responses to therapy.
Collaborate closely with referring physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless continuity of care.
Foster strong relationships with local healthcare providers to expand patient referral networks.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and clinical practice standards.
Ideal Candidate Background
Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, preferably in a clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of pulmonary medicine and related diagnostic procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient education and collaboration.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering compassionate patient care.
Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and other clinical practice standards.
Preferred
Experience in a startup environment or small healthcare practice.
Additional certification or training in pulmonary medicine or related fields.
Bilingual abilities to cater to a diverse patient population.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $130K to $150K. The company offers a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth and development in the healthcare sector.
