Pulmonary Rehab Coord

Coordinates an in depth individualized rehabilitation program for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and for patients with other lung health diagnoses. Responsible for the coordination of the Pulmonary Rehabilitation team and successful delivery and follow up of the program components.

This Position is 32hr per week. Day Shift.

• Relevant Experience

• PA Respiratory Therapist License
• BLS Certification
• ACLS must be obtained within 6 months of hire
