Pulmonologist Opportunity

The Doctors Clinic is currently seeking a BE/BC Pulmonologist to join our team of healthcare professionals located just west of Seattle, at Cavalon Place, in Silverdale, Washington. This opportunity is open due to an upcoming retirement scheduled for the end of 2025.

• Enjoy a Monday through Friday 100% outpatient clinical practice working alongside an experienced Physician Assistant

• Participate in 1 day/week inpatient day call

• ICU work is available, but is not required

• Pulmonary critical care team rounds at the St. Michael Medical Hospital ICU, conveniently located 1-block up the street

• New patients are waiting 3+ months to get in; you can anticipate growing a robust practice quickly!

The minimum salary guarantee range for this position is $350,000 to $385,000 annually, plus bonus potential. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, training, experience, licensure/certifications, as well as internal equity and alignment with local market data at the time of posting. The Doctors Clinic's compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each applicant. Total compensation and benefit eligibility are based on full time employment for assigned job classification/description, and complies with current PSA agreement.
