Your roleAs an Application Sales Engineer based at our Houston office on Greens Road, you will play a key role in providing fluid solutions to our customers. Reporting directly to the Applications Engineering Manager, your core mission is to utilize your technical expertise and consultative skills to provide technically sound and customized fluid solutions that meet or exceed our customers' performance expectations.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough analysis of customer requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of application conditions.Develop detailed technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer-specific challenges.Maintain meticulous project documentation to meet quotation standards and ensure consistency and compliance.Act as a key technical advisor to the sales team, providing guidance and support in revising proposals and addressing technical queries.Resolve engineering challenges related to product specifications, conformity to standards, warranty considerations, and materials selection.QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should bring a minimum of two years of hands‑on experience within a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment. A bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or industrial engineering, or a related discipline is essential. You should demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Familiarity with CRM platforms and proficiency in Adobe Professional will be advantageous.
