    Description


    As a Mechanic you’ll perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on FieldForce diesel equipment. This field-based role includes on-site work at customer locations and participation in an on-call rotation. You’ll work independently, solve mechanical issues, and keep operations running safely and efficiently.

    This role will be based out of our Trevose, PA branch location. 

    Responsibilities


    • Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems using diagnostic tools
    • Perform routine inspections and Tier 4 engine maintenance
    • Rebuild or repair engines, emissions systems, and pump components
    • Maintain detailed records and report equipment conditions to the manager
    • Follow all safety procedures and environmental standards
    • Participate in weekly on-call schedule and respond to urgent repairs
    • Operate hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment safely
    • Travel to job sites as needed (approx. 50%)

    Requirements


    • High school diploma or GED
    • 2-4 years of diesel repair experience or equivalent training
    • Tier 4 engine and emission system knowledge preferred
    • Strong diagnostic skills in both mechanical and electrical systems
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Familiarity of Engine diagnostic tools and Electrical components
    • Must be willing to learn and be part of a growing Team
    • This role operates in both shop and field environments and requires the ability to work in all weather conditions
