Field Pump Technician
Overview
We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Water Pump Field Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain water pump systems and related equipment at customer in the Hollister, CA area. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on mechanical experience, and the ability to work independently in the field. Clean driving record is a must.
What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair water pumps, motors, piping systems, valves, and related equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in pump systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on pump equipment
• Test system performance and ensure proper operation after repairs or installation
• Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable multitasking and shifting between priorities
• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
• Curious, adaptable, and ready to learn new systems
• Bilingual is a strong plus – especially Spanish or other languages used in the agriculture industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

The Basics

• Full-time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Mandatory overtime depending on business needs
• Some physical activity: sitting, walking, lifting to 50 lbs.
• Pay $18hr
