We are seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift PunchPress Machine Operator to join our growing team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity designed for the "right-fit" candidate: someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to transition into a long-term career with a company that values skill development.

salary: $37,439 - $37,440 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 11 PM - 7:15 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial molding/extrusion machinery to ensure continuous production.
• Operate punch press-preferred
• Adjust technical settings (heat, pressure, speed) to eliminate quality variances.
• Verify part specifications through regular quality control checks and inspections.
• Assemble and package finished goods for outbound distribution.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and assisted with technical mold changes.
• Log production data, including output totals and scrap rates.
• Maintain 5S standards and complied with all OSHA/safety regulations.
