2nd Shift Premium = $21.85/hour
3rd Shift Premium = $20.90/hour

SPIROL has over 75 years of precision manufacturing experience supporting the aerospace, automotive, industrial, and capital equipment industries. Our Stow, Ohio facility is growing, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Punch Press Operators on 2nd and 3rd shift.
What You'll Do
• Load raw materials and operate punch press equipment safely and efficiently
• Set up and run presses to meet production and quality standards
• Perform first piece, in process, and final quality inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production routings
• Use measuring and inspection equipment accurately
• Maintain production standards while following all safety and workmanship procedures
What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Experience operating 30 to 100 ton open back punch single die manual presses preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and production drawings
• Ability to utilize measuring and inspection equipment
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical job duties
• Ability to pass a post offer background check, drug test, and physical
