Pay: $15.00–$17.00/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Optional overtime available on Fridays)
Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring Punch Press Machine Operators for a production and manufacturing facility in SW Oklahoma City. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided for candidates who have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and excellent attendance. The company is looking for individuals who are committed to long-term employment and have a stable work history.Job Responsibilities

• Operate punch press machines in a manufacturing environment 
• Perform rolling, bending, forming, and punching operations 
• Conduct final inspections on finished products 
• Follow production schedules and quality standards 
• Maintain a clean and safe work area 
• Assist with additional production duties as needed 

Requirements

• No experience required – willing to train 
• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic 
• Excellent attendance is required 
• Stable work history with demonstrated job longevity 
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment 
• Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen prior to starting 
• Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug screen after 90 days of employment 
• No job hoppers 

Additional Information

• Entry-level position with training provided 
• Optional overtime available on Fridays 
• 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks provided 
• Air-conditioned break room available 
• Employees may bring a water bottle with a lid onto the production floor and are encouraged to stay hydrated
