Purchase Associate - AV Technology Application

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Purchase Associate to support our procurement team in sourcing and managing audio and video technology products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AV products and will play a key role in ensuring that we maintain optimal inventory levels while building strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase audio and video technology products, including equipment, accessories, and software.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage reordering processes to ensure timely availability of products.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance in our inventory management system.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to understand product needs and market trends.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
• Resolve discrepancies and issues with suppliers promptly and professionally.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities and provide insights to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in purchasing, especially within the audio/video technology sector, is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of AV products and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoho inventory management software.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between 15000INR and 25000INR. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience.
