NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Purchase Order Coordinator to join our team for a hybrid role in Woonsocket, RI. This is a 6+ month contract role. Must be able to be in office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Monday and Friday will be work from home.

Estimated start date 7/27/2026
Pay rate: $23 per hour

The coordinator will assist with management of the General Carpentry trade for Retail Stores. They will assist with daily duties such as reporting, aging work orders, data analytics, mail sorting and violation tracking and vendor proposal review/approval.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
Vendor Coordination
Service Level Adjustments
Compliance Monitoring
Administrative Tracking

Required skills:
* 2+ years of experience in recognizing/measuring key performance indicators
* 2+ years of experience in property vendor or program management. Coordinating service providers, reviewing vendor proposals, tracking SLAs, and supporting vendor performance or business reviews
* 2+ years of vendor management experience including conducting vendor business reviews
* 3+ years of MS Office Suite experience

Preferred skills:
* 2+ years of relevant work or trade school experience
* 2+ years of analytical/ reporting experience
* 2+ years of managing multiple projects
* Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Exposure to facilities, property, or retail trade environments strongly preferred

Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $23.00 per hour. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications
