Suncore is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Purchase Order Receiving Assistant.

 

Things You’ll Do

  • Help receive and approve purchase orders.
  • Assist managers with electronic reporting and ensure system data accuracy.
  • Review weekly timecards and submit to payroll.
  • Seek and maintain good relationships with customers, staff, and visitors. 
  • Work towards and reach deadlines with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Some college (preferred).
  • Computer proficiency and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
