Learn more at www.perpetuaresources.com About The Position The Purchaser/Maintenance Technician is responsible for purchasing supplies, picking up and dropping off vehicles for repairs, and performing light maintenance at the Perpetua Resources, Donnelly, ID office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Care/Maintenance/Logistics: • Work with vendors to source and purchase local supplies to support the Stibnite Gold Project. • Ensure Donnelly Office rear bay Operations work area is maintained clean and orderly. • Perform light maintenance at Donnelly office including changing light bulbs, clearing snow off vehicles and ensuring vehicles start. • Maintain a useful and organized tool set that will help with light maintenance tasks. • Occasionally drive supplies from Donnelly to Stibnite and back. • Ensure company owned vehicles are dropped off and picked up from repair shops. • Obtain operator sign off and operate forklift to load and unload shipments at the Donnelly office. • Receive and verify purchased materials and equipment, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documentation. • Maintain and update purchasing and inventory tracking systems with current receipt and status information. • Prepare all required shipping documentation and coordinates transportation logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery to site. • Complete other duties as assigned. Schedule & Logistics The work location for the Purchaser/Logistics Technician is a part -time temporary position with flexible hours. The position will be located at the Donnelly office with an occasional trip to Stibnite to deliver and pick up supplies in company supplied vehicle. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Must be detail -oriented, and a team player with good communication, analytical, organization, and time management skills. • Maintain a relationship with employees, vendors and local area residents that represents Perpetua Resources in a positive light. • Knowledge of OSHA and MSHA and other regulatory health and safety standards. • Ability to communicate effectively, timely and consistently, both orally and in writing • Ability to enter data into a spreadsheet via computer Minimum Qualifications • High School Graduate or GED • Valid Idaho driver's license, a clean driving record and acceptance by corporate insurance to operate company vehicles .
