Purchasing Administrator

• LGI Homes is seeking a Purchasing Administrator in the Atlanta area. • As one of the World’s Most Trustworthy Companies and a Top Workplace in the USA, LGI Homes has a notable legacy of homebuilding excellence. We are seeking a candidate who is self-motivated and eager to dive in to the LGI Homes systems and culture.• The Purchasing Administrator will be responsible for managing the building permit process for all assigned communities. This role will coordinate vendor contracts, construction documentation, and purchase orders related to LGI Homes’ trade partners.• The Purchasing Administrator will coordinate department training sessions and meetings, attend turnover meetings for all new projects and attend construction and purchasing trainings as necessary.

Requirements

The Purchasing Administrator must have exceptional communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of home and construction systems and processes is preferred. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred for this role.
