What You’ll Do
Create and submit accurate purchase orders (POs) for parts, materials, and equipment.
Track orders from the time they are placed through delivery and expedite orders when needed.
Research and source hard-to-find parts and equipment.
Review parts diagrams and technical data sheets to ensure the correct items are ordered.
Keep customers updated on the status of their parts and provide clear, timely communication.
Coordinate and schedule parts installations with customers and the appropriate teams.
Manage and update tasks within ServiceTitan CRM.
Work closely with Install Managers, Service Managers, and Dispatchers to keep jobs moving forward.
Assist with warranty and RMA processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
What We’re Looking For
Knowledge of HVAC parts, materials, and equipment.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using technology and working in Service Titan CRM.
Familiarity with warranty and RMA processes.
Ability to read and understand technical data sheets and parts diagrams.
Strong research and problem-solving skills.
Ability to find and obtain hard-to-find parts and equipment.
Ability to build positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
Schedule
This is a full-time, in-office position in 58 Hospital StreetCarbondale, PA.
Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
