Lead Strategic Procurement for The Little City
Are you a procurement professional who thrives on building smart purchasing strategies, delivering value, and leading high-performing teams? The City of Falls Church is seeking an experienced Purchasing Agent to modernize and lead our citywide procurement program.
This is more than a purchasing role. It is an opportunity to serve as the City's chief procurement strategist, helping departments secure the goods and services they need while ensuring compliance, transparency, innovation, and fiscal stewardship.

Salary and Benefits: $108,980 - $158,770 depending on qualifications.The City offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, pension plan, deferred compensation plan, flexible spending account, life and long-term disability insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, free parking, credit union membership, and more. Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility during core business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
