Key Responsibilities for the Purchasing Agent:

• 
  
• Manage non-stock purchasing activities and ensure purchase order accuracy.
• 
  
• Maintain and update pricing, vendor information, and inventory data within the ERP system.
• 
  
• Analyze inventory reports and support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation efforts.
• 
  
• Coordinate vendor returns and resolve purchasing, receiving, and invoicing discrepancies.
• 
  
• Identify and implement process improvements within procurement operations.
• 
  
• Partner with warehouse, sales, and operations teams to support inventory availability and customer needs.
• 
  

Qualifications for the Purchasing Agent:

• 
  
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• 
  
• Experience working with ERP systems, inventory data, or operational reporting.
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior purchasing, inventory control, distribution, or related operational experience is preferred but not required.
