Responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to support purchasing operations, identify competitive suppliers, negotiate pricing and contracts, and optimize procurement costs, quality, inventory, and supply chain performance.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sourcing and purchasing strategies.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
Manage RFP/RFQ processes and evaluate supplier proposals.
Monitor supplier performance, compliance, quality, and contractual requirements.
Identify duplicate purchases and leverage bulk/volume purchasing for cost savings.
Ensure purchasing activities comply with applicable regulations and organizational policies.
Manage specialized commodities, raw materials, or purchasing categories as required.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management.
Experience with strategic sourcing, supplier selection, and supplier negotiations.
Strong knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes and contract management.
Experience with supplier performance, compliance, and relationship management.
Ability to analyze costs, spend, inventory, and supply chain requirements.
Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar is preferred.
Knowledge of applicable procurement regulations, policies, and guidelines.
