Job Title: Purchasing / Production Coordinator

Location: Bradenton, FL (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing / Production Coordinator to support our purchasing team. This role is responsible for managing purchase orders, reviewing artwork and production details, and ensuring accuracy and timely delivery from suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase Order Management

  • Review supplier proforma invoices and artwork files against internal purchase orders for accuracy
  • Approve or reject submissions and coordinate corrections with suppliers
  • Update internal systems accordingly

Production & Quality Review

  • Review production images to ensure accuracy in artwork, spelling, Pantone colors, sequencing, and product specifications
  • Identify discrepancies and work with suppliers to resolve issues
  • Maintain quality standards throughout the production process

Order Tracking & Follow-Up

  • Monitor purchase order status to ensure timelines are met
  • Identify missing documents (invoices, images, etc.) and follow up with suppliers
  • Ensure orders are shipped on time

Team Support

  • Assist the purchasing team with creating purchase orders and verifying supplier invoices
  • Provide general administrative and operational support

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of office administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work fully on-site in Bradenton, FL

Preferred:

  • Experience in purchasing, production, pre-press, artwork review, or quality control

Additional Skills

  • Ability to interpret sequential or serial number ranges
  • Ability to distinguish color differences and identify inconsistencies in patterns or logos
