Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Hybrid Entry-Level Purchasing Assistant. This role focuses on supporting procurement operations, processing purchase orders, communicating with vendors, maintaining purchasing records, and helping ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating and processing purchase orders

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 0–2 years of experience in administration, purchasing, customer service, retail, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and purchasing software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
