Purchasing Clerk
Diversified Sourcing Solutions (DSS) is now hiring a Purchasing Clerk for a growing construction company in Waco, TX!
This is a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM position paying $20.00/hour. This opportunity has the potential to become a full-time, permanent position for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices
- Maintain organized purchasing records and documentation
- Obtain pricing and ensure purchases stay within budget
- Communicate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and discrepancies
- Negotiate with suppliers when needed to resolve issues
- Coordinate with internal departments to support purchasing needs
- Assist with inventory management and material logistics
- Track orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of purchasing, procurement, or purchasing clerk experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the construction industry
- Experience working with vendors and supplier negotiations
- Inventory or logistics experience
