PURCHASING COORDINATOR

Purchasing Coordinator

Sun Life Health is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to help support purchasing activities across the organization. This position assists with purchase orders, vendor communication, quotes, order tracking, and maintaining accurate purchasing records.

What You'll Do

• Create, process, and track purchase orders
• Request quotes and assist with comparing pricing and product options
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders, pricing, availability, and delivery status
• Assist with researching products and purchasing options
• Maintain accurate purchasing records using Excel and Acumatica
• Follow up on order discrepancies and help coordinate resolutions
• Support day-to-day purchasing needs for departments across the organization

What We're Looking For

• Previous purchasing, procurement, inventory, or related experience
• Experience working with purchase orders preferred
• Comfortable communicating with vendors
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
• Acumatica or other ERP experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established purchasing processes
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 with a valid Arizona Driver's License and clean driving record
• Must meet fingerprinting requirements
