Purchasing Coordinator

Sheet metal manufacturing/fabrication company seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to manage material purchasing and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders and obtain vendor quotes.
• Purchase sheet metal, hardware, supplies, and outside services.
• Track orders, pricing, lead times, and deliveries.
• Coordinate material requirements with Production and Engineering.
• Follow up on shortages, delays, and backorders.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and vendor records.
• Assist with inventory and material planning.

Qualifications:

• 2+ year of purchasing/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Sheet metal/fabrication experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good follow-through.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred.

Temporary to Hire

7:30am-4:00pm

$21–$23/hour
