Key Responsibilities
Enter and validate purchase orders in QuickBooks.
Review, print, and organize PDFs and related documentation.
Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, acknowledgements, and delivery dates.
Track open purchase orders and update ETAs.
Assist with outsourced services such as powder coating and hardware orders.
Maintain accurate PO files and tracking spreadsheets.
Support invoice reconciliation by reviewing PO and cost discrepancies.
Qualifications
Experience in purchasing preferred
Strong MS Office experience
Quickbooks experience
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Clear, professional communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
