Responsibilities and Expectations:The Warehouse & Inventory Control Clerk will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting our purchasing department. Receive and process daily shipments from carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and various motor freight companies, including all associated documentation.Accurately store all incoming shipments in their designated locations within the warehouse.Prepare outgoing freight by generating necessary paperwork, prepping component parts for shipment to various vendors, and managing all documentation related to outgoing freight.Manage and maintain accurate inventory counts for all inventory items.Assist the Purchasing Department with locating new component parts and identifying options from various vendors.Providing quotes and estimates for customers.Follow up quotes for repair.Parts breakdown and diagram of pump parts source.Provide excellent customer service and communication with customers. Qualifications and Competencies:Proven ability to multi-task effectively and stay focused on completing tasks efficiently.Proficient and safe operation of fork trucks is required.Strong computer literacy; basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet navigation required and experience with purchasing/receiving software programs and generating shipping labels preferred.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and bend for prolonged periods of timeAbility to lift, push, pull, carry items up to 50 lbs.Benefits:401kOn-the-job TrainingMedical, Dental and Vision plansAnd more!Pay RangeHECO strives to ensure that employees are paid equitably and competitively.
