We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Purchasing & Customer Support Coordinator to join our growing team. What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you will play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting inventory operations, vendor relations, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve field issues, returns, warranties, and parts requests by coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal sales staff

  • Process purchase orders, reorders, vendor returns, and shipment tracking

  • Monitor and maintain vendor credits and warranty documentation

  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory management

  • Maintain replenishable and non-replenishable stock catalogs

  • Manage stock and liquidation inventory including tagging, organization, and quantity tracking

  • Maintain accurate item setup, pricing updates, and database records within company systems

  • Assist customers in person, by phone, and through email with product recommendations and support

  • Utilize CRM and inventory management systems to track projects and customer activity

  • Support sales initiatives by delivering exceptional service and product knowledge

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in decorative plumbing, architectural hardware, building materials, construction supply, or related industry

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance vendor and client relationships

  • Experience handling warranties, returns, field issues, and vendor coordination

  • Knowledge of inventory management and inventory control processes

  • Familiarity with replenishable and non-replenishable stock management

  • Experience processing purchase orders and coordinating vendor shipments

  • Strong computer proficiency including CRM and inventory software systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently
