Job SummaryWe're searching for a Purchasing & Delivery Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Purchasing & Delivery Manager, this role supports the day-to-day administrative, inventory, warehouse, and field support functions of our operations. This isn't a role where every day looks the same. You'll keep information accurate, orders moving, inventory organized, and field teams supported through a dynamic mix of office-based coordination, warehouse upkeep, and local deliveries. Success in this position requires strong organization, sharp attention to detail, adaptability, and a hands-on approach.Primary ResponsibilitiesPurchasing & Inventory CoordinationMaintain accurate inventory records and process restock requests within company systemsSupport purchasing and replenishment of shop stock, materials, supplies, and field-requested itemsReceive, verify, and properly store incoming shipments, ensuring materials are accounted forResearch pricing, availability, warranty information, and product details as neededCommunicate with vendors and field team members regarding orders, material needs, and availabilityAdministrative & Department SupportComplete routine data entry and administrative tasks within accounting, inventory, and service softwareAssist with administrative processes such as equipment and warranty registration, rebates, and system trackingPrepare shipping requests, labels, and documentation for filter and material shipmentsProvide regular phone and internal support to field teams requesting parts, materials, pricing, or availabilityPerform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Purchasing & Delivery ManagerWarehouse & Delivery OperationsMaintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient warehouse and shopPull, stage, and load materials and equipment for installation and service teamsAssist with general building, property, and warehouse upkeepSafely operate a forklift as neededComplete local pickups, deliveries, and errands as needed to support field teams and daily operationsMinimum Required Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years experience in inventory, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, or a related role preferredAdditional Eligibility QualificationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage changing prioritiesStrong communication skills and confidence handling frequent phone, email, text, and in-person requestsComfortable using Microsoft Office and learning company-specific softwareExperience with ServiceTitan or QuickBooks is a plusSelf-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently while supporting a teamAbility to safely operate a forklift or willingness to be trainedValid driver's license and clean driving recordComfortable driving cars, pickup trucks, and cargo vansAbility to lift up to 50 pounds as neededAbility to perform a mix of sitting, standing, walking, warehouse work, and driving throughout the dayWho We AreTrust us, you've never worked at a place like Service Legends.
