The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading sourcing and procurement activities that support business operations across multiple locations. This role ensures the cost-effective, timely, and compliant acquisition of goods and services critical to service delivery, including facilities, technology, workforce-related vendors, and outsourced services. The Procurement Manager partners closely with Operations, Finance, HR, IT, and Facilities to support scalability, client requirements, and operational efficiency.
Position is on-site in our Bloomington, IL office.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with operational needs, client service requirements, and financial targets. • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, vendor evaluation, contract negotiations, and onboarding. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings while maintaining service quality and operational continuity. • Partner with Operations and Workforce Management to support rapid scaling, ramp-ups, and new client launches. • Oversee vendor performance management, including SLA tracking, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, client contractual requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. • Analyze spend data across locations and clients to identify cost optimization and standardization opportunities. • Support budget planning, forecasting, and cost control initiatives. • Mitigate supply chain and vendor-related risks that could impact service delivery. • Lead and develop procurement team members where applicable to build capability and consistency.
