Compensation: $130k - 150k/year

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute purchasing strategies across multiple categories
- Manage bid process for architectural plans, subcontractors, and vendors
- Negotiate contracts and secure optimal pricing and terms
- Track and analyze key metrics to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define procurement requirements
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance
- Perform cost analysis, scenario planning, and benchmarking
- Identify, assess, and mitigate procurement risks
- Source and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers
- Oversee demand forecasting and ensure timely delivery of materials/services
- Create and manage budgets for new and existing projects
- Supervise and develop Purchasing team members, including hiring, training, and performance management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred
- 5-8+ years of purchasing/procurement experience, including leadership experience
- Proven background in sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make strategic decisions
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and cost drivers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with ERP systems; JD Edwards preferred
Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
