LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to fill their open Purchasing Manager job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $110,000 and $140,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company's competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Supervising the purchasing and supply chain team
• Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to increase departmental efficiency
• Sourcing, vetting, and negotiating with suppliers to align with strategic sourcing initiatives
• Evaluating supplier KPIs
• Working with other departments to forecast purchasing needs
• Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as vendor and customer contracts
• All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• At least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency with MRP software such as NetSuite, Sage, etc.
• Relevant professional certifications such as APICS, CPSM, etc. preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills

Compensation:

• Annual salary between $110,000 and $140,000

• Performance-based bonus opportunity
• 2 weeks of paid time off accumulated yearly
