We trust that as a Purchasing Manager you will: (responsibilities)

  • Initiate, negotiate and contract for all labor and materials associated with construction of our homes Initiate, negotiate and contract for all labor and materials associated with construction of our homes

  • Responsible that plans, specifications, scope of works and current house budgets (to include standard and non-standard options) are included in the Builder "Start" packages. About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business or another related field or have a minimum of 3 years in a similar or position with a production homebuilder Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business or another related field or have a minimum of 3 years in a similar or position with a production homebuilder
