What You Will Be Doing
The Purchasing Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of products that support our customers and operations. This position is responsible for managing the full-cycle purchasing process, including sourcing, ordering, and inventory planning for janitorial supplies, equipment, and chemicals. As a key partner to internal teams and external vendors, you'll drive cost-effective purchasing strategies, maintain strong supplier relationships, and ensure product availability through accurate forecasting, shipment tracking, and inventory control. You will also support continuous improvement by identifying cost savings opportunities and enhancing purchasing processes to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of previous purchasing experience (ideally in cleaning supplies), experience with DDI Systems ERP, and a "can-do" self-starter mentality.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Wyckoff, New Jersey (in-office)
Compensation: $60,000 - $73,000 annually
