We are a fast-growing e-commerce company serving marine diesel customers in over 180 countries. We move parts globally every day — and we're looking for a sharp, execution-focused Purchasing & Operations Coordinator to help us do it better.

This is a high-impact role at the center of our operations. You'll own purchasing execution, vendor follow-up, and ETA accuracy — work that directly protects customer commitments and fuels company growth. You will work closely with Purchasing leadership and operations management.

Responsibilities

• Follow up daily on open Purchase Orders

• Maintain accurate ETA dates inside company systems

• Communicate with vendors on delays, shortages, freight issues, and pricing changes

• Escalate risks early before they impact customers or the business

• Help prevent stockouts and emergency purchasing situations

• Ensure receiving and A/P documentation is complete, accurate, and timely

• Support execution across purchasing, sales, warehouse, and accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required

• 3–5+ years in purchasing, logistics, supply chain, or inventory operations

• Strong vendor communication and organizational skills

• High attention to detail and sense of urgency

• Strong Excel and ERP/inventory system experience

• Overseas purchasing/logistics experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000–$72,000 depending on experience
