Overview: Responsible for supporting inventory, packaging, and supply operations at the Grand Island, NE facility. Ensures accurate inventory counts, organized packaging areas, safe trailer loading/unloading, and efficient material flow.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize packaging floor areas
Load and unload trailers
Perform inventory counts, receiving, and issuing materials
Recommend improvements to inventory management
Identify and correct inventory discrepancies
Operate computer systems for inventory tasks
Willing to train on forklift
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Dependable with strong organizational and follow‑up abilities
Ability to identify issues and escalate when needed
Knowledge of Word and Excel
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Lift up to 100 lbs individually; 50 lbs occasionally
Preferred forklift experience
Working Conditions: Fast‑paced environment, heavy lifting, Monday–Friday schedule with weekends or as needed.
