Position Overview
The Purchasing and Pricing Coordinator is responsible for achieving purchasing objectives, maintaining price accuracy, and coordinating vendor relationships across multiple locations and supplier lines. Through inventory management, vendor negotiations, and cost analysis, this role ensures that pricing oversight remains a consistent priority across all operations. Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Purchasing & Pricing Coordinator role brings 1 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, pricing, or a related role, with familiarity in accounting principles, financial data analysis, and inventory management; Experience with international or overseas procurement is a plus. They are proficient in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a sharp eye for numerical inconsistencies and a solid understanding of supply chain and logistics methods. This individual is collaborative, accountable, and able to manage time effectively while maintaining strict confidentiality. The role is primarily office-based, requiring continuous computer use and data entry and minimal travel. A high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate degree in business or a related field preferred.
