FieldBridge is looking for a Procurement Specialist in Charlotte, NC to work for a water technology company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.
Pay is $35–$39/hour | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Weekly pay every Friday + benefits.
Hybrid role — Charlotte-based candidates only. 2 days/week in office required.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage non-engineering purchasing activities for our Charlotte, NC operations. This role is responsible for sourcing materials and services, maintaining ERP data accuracy, and executing day-to-day vendor and purchase order management. The ideal candidate brings hands-on procurement experience and a strong understanding of purchasing policies and cost-saving strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials, equipment, supplies, and services in accordance with company purchasing policies
- Maintain and update part numbers, pricing, and vendor records in the ERP system (Steev)
- Review purchase requisitions, oversee change orders, and recommend process improvements
- Identify and develop new vendor sources; prepare bid requests, RFPs, and formal invitations
- Analyze bids and proposals, award vendors, and manage ongoing contract administration
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience
- Experience with ERP systems (Steev or similar)
- Familiarity with sourcing strategies, vendor management, and PO administration
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating quotes and proposals
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule from the Charlotte, NC office
