The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a full time Purchasing Systems Administrator to join our team at Niagara Falls State Park in Niagara Falls, New York. As a Purchasing System Administrator, you will serve as the primary administrator for the BirchStreet procurement and inventory management system, supporting both Niagara Falls and The Westin revenue and non-revenue operations.

What will you do?

  • Partner with the Property Accounting team to track invoices and receiving documentation, ensuring timely processing and payment of vendor invoices
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including inventory reconciliation and reporting
  • Assist with recipe management and oversee point-of-sale system integration to maintain accurate inventory and cost reporting
  • Monitor food and beverage cost trends, proactively communicating significant fluctuations to leadership to help maintain budgeted cost targets
  • Support and participate in cyclical inventory counts, helping ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency

More about you

  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
  • Experience with BirchStreet procurement and inventory management systems preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and build strong working relationships
  • Strong understanding of business operations with the ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement and support strategic initiatives
