The Pursuit Manager leads the strategy, planning, and execution of high-profile and complex pursuits across the business, supporting the firms business development and growth objectives. Working in close collaboration with the Growth team, Sector Leaders, Account Managers, Project Managers, and strategic pursuit teams, the role drives early and sustained engagement in the pursuit lifecycle-from positioning and opportunity shaping through proposal delivery. The Pursuit Manager develops differentiated value propositions and win strategies informed by market, client, and competitor insights, and directs multidisciplinary teams through all phases of the pursuit process to deliver compelling, compliant, and brand-aligned submissions. Success is measured by the strength of pursuit strategies, effective collaboration across teams, disciplined proposal execution, and improved win rates on strategic opportunities.
