Your Role in Our Production

Tasks for Utility Operator:

• Systematically package PVC products in varied formats.
• Label and box products per specified instructions.
• Execute multiple packaging duties proficiently.
• Correctly label production materials.
• Monitor quality standards of finished goods.
• Safely handle fork and electric hand trucks.
• Deploy suitable equipment for tasks.
• Determine accurate product weight using facilities.

Responsibilities of a Unit Operator:

Operate a Banbury or continuous mixer unit with expertise.

Manage a Pelletizing system seamlessly.

Maintain accurate records of production metrics.

All tasks attributed to a Utility Operator are within scope.

Role of Blender Loader:

• Effectively manage and clean blenders.
• Ensure precise compound ingredient measurements.
• Collect samples diligently for lab analysis.

Console Operator Duties involve:

• Blender Loader tasks.
• Decipher and execute scheduled tasks wisely.
• Integrate bulk oil and resins efficiently into operations.

Key Tasks for Compounder:

• Comprehensive functions of a Blender Loader.
• Ensure thoroughness in ingredient measurement and identification.
