Coating Furnace Operator – 2nd Shift | Greer, SC
Schedule: 3:00pm-11:30pm, Monday through Friday
Join a modern, climate-controlled production facility where precision, technology, and teamwork come together. As a Coating Furnace Operator, you’ll support the coating and finishing process for high-performance cutting tools, working with advanced equipment in a clean, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and monitor furnace loads during the coating process.
- Clean, inspect, and maintain furnace and support systems (vacuum, gas, water).
- Perform quality checks using microscopes and document inspection results.
- Handle materials and track production data using digital and paper systems.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance under minimal supervision.
- Support coating operations across multiple stages of production.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient workflow.
Qualifications:- Prior experience in a manufacturing or technical production environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings.
- Familiarity with machine maintenance and inspection processes.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability on a night shift schedule.
