Job Description
- Provide oversight and leadership to multiple Project Managers and project teams across a portfolio of projects.
- Drive successful project delivery by ensuring quality execution, client satisfaction, and strong operational performance.
- Monitor project financials, budgets, and profitability while managing risk and resolving issues as needed.
- Oversee multiple large-scale, complex construction projects at various stages of development.
- Support business development efforts through networking, industry involvement, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, helping employees grow into greater leadership responsibilities.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on accountability and excellence.
- Assist with workforce planning, recruiting, and hiring to support business growth.
- Champion safety initiatives and ensure projects are executed in accordance with company safety standards and best practices.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 15+ years of construction industry experience, including 10+ years with a general contractor.
- Proven experience delivering a wide range of projects, from renovations to large ground-up developments.
- Must have experience managing projects in excess of $75M
- Strong knowledge of estimating, construction means and methods, budgeting, project controls, contract administration, and industry best practices.
- LEED experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Textura, and scheduling platforms preferred.
- Client-focused mindset with a demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive project success.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
