Python/AI Developer

Location: within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC - 3 days on site mandatory in a week

Pay Range: $65-$70/Hr.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 from Day 1

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled developer with a strong focus on AI integration and modern application frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience in both front-end and back-end development and will be ready to contribute to the team from day one.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in React and TypeScript for front-end development
• Experience with Python and FastAPI for back-end development
• Ability to integrate relational and vector databases
• Collaboration with AI engineers for model integration
• 3 years of experience in full stack development
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with AI model integration
• Familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph
• Understanding of agentic workflows

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using modern frameworks
• Ensure secure and scalable architecture
• Collaborate across teams to enhance AI integration
