Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Python AI Developer with experience in building AI-powered applications using modern Generative AI frameworks and technologies. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python, LLM integrations, RAG architectures, and AI application development using frameworks such as Spring AI and LangChain4j.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AI-powered applications using Python and Generative AI technologies.
  • Build and integrate Large Language Model (LLM) solutions using LangChain, LangChain4j, and Spring AI.
  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI agents for enterprise use cases.
  • Integrate AI services with Spring Boot and JVM-based applications.
  • Work with vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable AI solutions and APIs.
  • Optimize AI model performance, response quality, and application scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and CI/CD activities.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience in Python development and AI/ML concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI application development.
  • Knowledge of Spring AI, LangChain, or LangChain4j frameworks.
  • Experience with RAG architectures, AI agents, and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and Spring Boot integration.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow orchestration.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar AI platforms.
  • Knowledge of JVM-based AI applications and Quarkus integration.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
