We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design, develop, and oversee the implementation of innovative AI platforms and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Expert Python development skills with strong knowledge of Threading, Async Programming, Fast API, OO Design
  • Experience with ETL processes involving large data and performance optimizations
  • Experience with Pub/Sub, Message Bus design and implementations, preferably Kafka/AMPS
  • Experience working in large teams that collaboratively develop on a shared multi-repo codebase (VsCode)
  • Self-starter with the ability to break down complex problems and manage dependencies

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and oversee end-to-end implementation of AI platforms and business use cases
  • Develop architectural approaches for AI software and hardware integration
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to fulfill business objectives
  • Lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business priorities
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
  • Establish standards and lead automation for SDLC efficiency
  • Mentor team members in technical design and development best practices
  • Drive platform performance, scalability, and resiliency testing
  • Implement hardware upgrades and software enhancements to meet global performance expectations
  • Address regulatory and performance-driven requirements for platform localization
  • Conduct research and prototyping to identify new solutions
  • Monitor AI industry trends to innovate and improve solutions
