Title: Python AI Engineer
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Salary Range: $50-55/hr on W2
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7 years of experience with Python, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
- Strong expertise in Python and core Machine Learning techniques, including model development, optimization, and deployment.
- Knowledge of LLMs and Generative AI, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and building RAG-based solutions.
- Understanding of Responsible AI (RAI) principles—fairness, transparency, privacy, safety—and experience applying them in real projects.
- Ability to build scalable ML/AI pipelines and APIs, integrating models into production environments.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, evaluate, and deliver AI-driven solutions aligned with business and compliance standards.
- Contribute to the development and deployment of machine learning models in production environments.
