Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer with strong Python development skills, foundational networking knowledge, and experience working with databases and monitoring systems. The ideal candidate will help us automate network observability workflows and develop tools that improve performance monitoring and incident response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based automation tools for network monitoring and data processing.
• Work with network operations teams to automate repetitive tasks and enhance observability.
• Design and optimize database queries and data pipelines used for monitoring.
• Assist in creating dashboards or integrations with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities and improve system reliability.

Required Skills:

• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, routing, latency, packet loss)
• Familiarity with Linux environments and version control (Git)

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to tools like Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus
• Experience with cloud services (AWS)
• Knowledge of REST APIs and data parsing (JSON, XML)
